I picked up some really nice stuff from TJ Maxx, which is a place I know and love. I got a Laura Geller set, basically for the blush. I love their blush; it's pretty and easy to wear. I have a few of the Blush-n-Brighten and they have a soft glow like a very natural highlighter. The lipstick is a nice light wash of brownish-nude that lets my natural color come through. No Kat Von D-style disappointment here. (I specifically mean disappointing lip shades that are so opaque, they look silly on me. Not any bigotry or anti-vaxxer related disappointment. Well, not in this instance.) The foundation is the shade darker than I usually get, but it serendipitously makes the perfect shade of contour for me. A nice, cool brown? Unheard of! The shadows are nothing groundbreaking, but I’ll see how well they stay put.
